Postage and Packing Charges / Delivery Times
 

Postage costs

The prices below are for all orders EXCLUDING t-shirts, hoodies and vests.

Please add £0.50 onto postage costs for each t-shirt ordereded.
eg: if your order consists of graphics to the value of £3.75 and 2 t-shirts,
P&P will be based on the total of £19.75 (£2.50 = Orders of £10.01 to £30.00)
+ 2 t-shirts at 50p per t-shirt = £3.50 total P&P

U.K.
£1.00 = Orders of £10.00 and under
£2.50 = Orders of £10.01 to £30.00
£3.50 = Orders of £30.01 to £75.00 (recorded delivery)

£5.00 = Orders of £75.01 to £150.00 (recorded delivery)
£6.50 = Orders of £75.01 to £120.00 (recorded delivery)
Orders over £120.00 please contact us for P&P costs

Production Details
  • All our graphics are made to order from high grade cast vinyl suitable for vehicles.
 
  • We do not use 'short term vinyl' which has a memory and can be prone to shrinkage over time should it be exposed to constant changes in temperature.
 
  • Due to the nature of vinyl we do not keep stock. This allows us to ensure the best possible quality and life span of the vinyl.
 
Delivery details
Our aim is to get your graphics to you within the quickest possible time without compromising the
quality.
 
Occasionally custom designs may require artwork to be redrawn so it is not always possible to
provide an accurate time scale to complete your order. This may vary delivery times, but we will
always try to keep you informed of any delays that may take place.
 
Please note that if we are having difficulty sourcing a material, we reserve the right to take up to 28
days and endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.
 
 
Upon receipt of your order and payment, our approximate delivery times are as follows:
 
Graphics from the online catalogue: Approx. 5-10 days
 
Custom Graphics & ‘One Off’ custom kit designs: Approx 10 - 14 days from design-approval.
Pin Badges from the online catalogue: Approx 5 - 10 days
 
Pin Badges - custom: Approx 5-10 days (turnaround time varies depending on amount

Patches & Pennants: Approx 7 - 10 days from design approval. (avaialable from Scoot Press)
 
T-shirts, Hoodies & Polos: Approx 7 - 10 days from design approval.

Terms and Conditions
ORDERS
All graphics are made to order. Therefore we may not be able to cancel or alter an order once we have started. If you change your mind or decide to cancel, please inform us immediately and we will do what we can to help.
 
Please check your order as soon as you receive your graphics. We will not re-supply ‘missing’ or ‘incorrect’ graphics after a period of 14 days from dispatch.
 
PAYMENT
Full payment is required BEFORE goods are dispatched. Please Make payments by
Cheque or Postal Order, payable to: 'Scoot Graphics'.
 
All payments must be paid in Pounds Stirling.
 
 
RETURNS
If upon receipt you find your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Faulty or incorrect graphics must be returned BEFORE replacements can be issued.
 
CUSTOMER DETAILS
Customers details supplied to Scoot Graphics are held confidential and will never be sold or provided to a third party.
 
APPLICATION
Scoot Graphics accepts no responsibility for graphics damaged during application. Please be sure to read the instructions carefully before applying your graphics. If in doubt, contact us enquiries@scootgraphics.com
 
AFTER CARE
It is advisable to not wash your Scooter for approx 2 days after vinyl application. This will allow the adhesive to ‘grab’ and prevent lifting. Please exercise care when washing /polishing your Scooter. Avoid products which contain abrasives (T-Cut etc) or solvents (such as Toluene) coming into direct contact with your graphics.
